Cary Newcomers Club membership
It's Membership Renewal time!! Dues for the 2012-2013 membership year are due February 1, 2012 and may either be mailed to Cary Newcomers Club Membership, P. O. Box 5071, Cary, NC 27512, or may be paid at the February General Meeting.
For the membership year 2012-2013 only, annual dues have increased to $40.00 and will be valid for a 15-month period as we align our membership year with the Club's fiscal year (per our revised ByLaws approved at the August, 2011 General Meeting). These $40.00 dues will carry your membership through April 30, 2013. Dues for the 2013-2014 year will be due on May 1, 2013 and will revert to the regular $30.00 annual fee.
First-time members:
Our dues are reduced based on the month you join CNC and are good through the end of April of the following year. During this transition to our new Membership Year, the pro-rated amount will be as follows:
- New members joining in March, April, May, June, July or August of 2012 will pay the full amount of $40.00 for membership valid through April, 2013
- New members joining in September, October, November or December of 2012 will pay the prorated amount of $30.00 for membership valid through April 30, 2013.
- New members joining in January or February of 2013 will pay the prorated amount of $20.00 for membership valid through April 30, 2013.
- New members joining in March or April of 2013 will pay the normal annual dues of $30.00 for the 2013-2014 membership year.

Current and Returning members
Please check your contact information in our Directory or ask a Membership representative for it. If you need to update your contact information, please print, complete and submit a Directory Update form.
For current members, our renewal period generally runs from January 1st to February 15th. Remember, it's never too late to renew your membership!
Renewing members and returning members are asked to remit the full amount.

Please make sure our Membership chairperson has your complete, up-to-date contact information. We use this info for our Membership Directory and to send you our club newsletter. A new Membership Directory was recently published with contact information for all members of record as of our renewal deadline date. Renewals and new memberships received after the Directory went to print are published in the club newsletter, Cary Currents. Members are encouraged to update their printed directories throughout the year with the contact information for current and new members printed in each newsletter.
