Executive Board Meeting Tuesday, October 19th 10 am - 1pm ** RSVP Required on or before October 12th**
Our next Executive Board meeting open session will be on October 19th beginning at 10 am. All members are welcome. The deadline to RSVP for most Executive Board meetings is 7 days before the meeting date. For the October meeting, that deadline is Tuesday, October 12th. There is still room if you'd like to attend. Please note that the Executive Board meets in closed session following the brief open session.
Please click RSVP to reserve your space. After the deadline, if the expected attendance exceeds the reserved meeting space, a different location can be reserved with sufficient capacity. All those who have reserved a space in advance will be notified of the meeting location.
The agenda for this meeting has not yet been finalized. To request that an item be added to the agenda for an Executive Board meeting, please contact our Secretary in writing or by email when you confirm your attendance.
Planning ahead or missed the deadline to RSVP for the October meeting? Attend a future Executive Board Meeting! This year, Executive Board meetings our typically held on the third Tuesday of the month. After October, the remaining 2010 Executive Board meetings are scheduled for November 16th and possibly December 21st.

The Charity Committee and Social Committee continually plan events. Upcoming events and opportunities are shown below.
Game Day is Monday, October 18th 10 am - 3 pm at the Cary IHOP! Tickets will be available at the October General Meeting. Cost is $12 which includes lunch, door prizes and fun! There will also be a Silent Auction. All proceeds benefit Read and Feed, our charity for the 2010-2011 fiscal year. Guests are welcome to join in the fun too! Afraid your favorite social game won't be there? Bring it with you! Donations of snacks and goodies to share will be gladly accepted. ◊◊ Our 2010 Holiday Luncheon will be held on Wednesday, December 8th from Noon - 3 pm at Devil's Ridge Golf Club in Holly Springs. Cost is $25 per person and includes choice of a selection of entrees, cash bar, an extravangant dessert table, live entertainment, door prizes and more! ◊◊
Citipass coupon books are on sale now! Cost is $25 per book. Coupons are good at many local restaurants and businesses. The books quickly pay for themselves after just a few outings. Proceeds go to Read and Feed, our 2010-2011 charity. ◊◊
