As a new member of our community, consider attending 1 or 2 activities and then decide if you'd like to join. Dues, which should be paid to our Membership Chairperson before attending the 3rd activity/outing/event, cover the period through January 31st. Please make checks payable to Cary Newcomers Club.

Executive Board Meeting Tuesday, January 19th 12 Noon - 1:00 pm ** RSVP Required on or before January 12th**
Our next Executive Board meeting will be on January 19th beginning at 12 Noon. All members are welcome. The deadline to RSVP for most Executive Board meetings is 7 days before the meeting date. For the January meeting, that deadline is Tuesday, January 12th. There is still room if you'd like to attend.
Please click RSVP to reserve your space. After the deadline, if the expected attendance exceeds the reserved meeting space, a different location can be reserved with sufficient capacity. All those who have reserved a space in advance will be notified of the meeting location.
The agenda for this meeting has not yet been finalized. To request that an item be added to the agenda for an Executive Board meeting, please contact our Secretary in writing or by email when you confirm your attendance.
Planning ahead or missed the deadline to RSVP for the January meeting? Attend a future Executive Board Meeting! This year, Executive Board meetings our typically held on the third Tuesday of the month. Our next open session will be Tuesday, February 16th.

Contribute to the Food Pantry run by this year's charity. Please bring at least one item from the following list to our next General Meeting: canned meat, salmon, tuna, ravioli, spaghetti, canned fruit, boxed dry potatoes, 2-pound bags of flour 2-pound bags of sugar We CAN make a difference! ◊◊
